1. Room temperature - Set your thermostat so that you'll remain warm enough throughout your massage. 2. Relaxing music - Have some soothing music on low, there are some great meditation playlists on YouTube. 3. No interruptions - If your partner, kids or pets are at home, ask them to remain quiet and in a different room for the duration of your massage. 4. Soft lighting - Close the curtains, turn on a lamp, or light some candles and allow yourself to drift off to sleep if you want to! 5. Turn your phone off!!!
