Welcome to Claire Graham Beauty & Wellness!

I am a beauty and holistic therapist working mobile around the Lancashire area. I am based in Heysham but cover the whole of the bay area for individual treatments and further affield for at-home spa days & pamper parties.

I qualified in Massage and Beauty Therapy in 2006 and since then my journey has taken me closer to more holistic treatments. I spend the majority of my time carrying out massage treatments such as deep tissue, Remedial, Indian head or aromatherapy massages, and I am also luckily enough to do quite a lot of pregnancy massages (which I love!)

I also offer beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures and facials, lash and brow treatments and gel polish nails. I have some wonderful packages on offer, the most popular being my Pick N' Mix 3 for £35.00, but I can tailor any treatments to your own needs so if you don't find what you are looking for, please get in touch to ask!

I love my job, I love getting to know each one of you and offering you a little time out from your everyday lives. Everyone is different and whether you want to spend your treatment time talking or if you'd rather just fall asleep, it is always my aim to make you feel totally comfortable with either choice.

How we deal with stress can be a state of mind, and I believe that it is so important to look after yourselves before you can look after anyone else and be at your strongest to deal with difficult times. Allowing yourself to take some time to practice mindfulness, meditation, exercise, or have a massage can really help to recharge your batteries. Eat healthily, read good books, spend time with the people you love and take care of yourselves. You ARE worth it!
